What I care about
I’m passionate about DevOps culture, cloud architecture, containerization, and AI-accelerated engineering. I’ve worked across all the major cloud platforms — Azure, AWS, and GCP — and believe in building platforms that let developers ship fast without sacrificing reliability.
I’m a vocal AI advocate — I use tools like Claude, Copilot, and Gemini daily to accelerate engineering delivery, and I’m actively working to drive AI adoption across the industry. I believe AI isn’t replacing engineers — it’s giving them superpowers, and the organizations that embrace it now will define the next era of software.
Outside of work
I’m married to my wife Stacey, and we have a puppy named Sophie who runs the house. I’m an avid sports fan — a lifelong Dallas Cowboys supporter (though Jerry Jones needs to go), a devoted Portland Trail Blazers fan, and a Timbers and Thorns supporter. I also spend time tinkering with HomeKit home automation, exploring new tech, and writing about it all here.
